Swim Rebase

Terms of Use

Last updated: 12th October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Swim Rebase about your use of the Swim Rebase app. By creating an account or using the app you accept them. If you don't accept them, don't use the app.

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement also applies. If anything here conflicts with Apple's terms, Apple's terms win for the matters they cover.

The service

Swim Rebase helps you record and understand your swimming, including by using AI to read photos and chat messages and turn them into session data. We may change, add or remove features at any time.

Your account

Acceptable use

Don't:

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, messages and data you add. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display them, and to send them to our service providers (including AI providers), only so we can provide and improve the app for you. See the Privacy Policy for details.

AI and accuracy

The app uses AI, and AI makes mistakes. Photos can be misread and replies can be wrong or incomplete. Check results before relying on them. Swim Rebase is not medical, health or professional coaching advice. Talk to a qualified professional before changing your training, particularly if you have a health condition or injury, and swim safely.

Plans and subscriptions

Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end the service or your access, with notice where reasonable, including for breach of these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of profit, and our total liability to you for anything connected with the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or AUD $100 if you paid nothing. Where the law allows us to limit our liability for a breach of a consumer guarantee, we limit it to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If the change matters we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app after the change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Your rights under mandatory consumer law in the place you live are not affected.
